The Pedals

The Pedals are a rock band with the hooks and melodies of the past presented to a new generation. Taking inspiration from classic artists of the 60's and 70's like The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Bee Gees and Badfinger; The Pedals meld the gap between past and present with their strong sense of catchy melodies and rich vocal harmonies. 

The band was first conceived by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Dylan James who had a passion to bring back the melodic sound that made those songs of the past so timeless. Their recording debut was released back in July of 2021 with their single "Ever So Long," which set the tone for their debut album released later that same year. The album, titled Homemade, is an adventure into classic 60's inspired pop music filled half with sunshine, Beatleseque pop originals and the other half with tasteful arrangements of past classics. The following year saw the release of two new singles in The Hollies style "True To You" and the 70's Archies influenced "She's The Sunshine." All releases that showcased the talents of the band's exceptional songwriting and musicianship. 

Members Dylan James, Marisol Cruz, Hunter Gogo and Josh bring back that sound of the past mixed with their talents to bring a refreshing new take to something familiar. Their latest album and singles showcases the bright sounds of sunshine pop melodies to the psychedelic pop influences of the late 60's mixed in with some soul and 70's rock to tie it all together.
